FALL TUMBLING/CLASS SCHEDULE!

COSTS:  $30 enrollment fee, $50 a month for one class a week, $75 a month for two classes a week, and $95 a month for 3 or more classes a week.

PrivateTUMBLING lessons are $30 for a 30 minute lesson.

Tumbling Class
Each class will consist of stretching, conditioning, tumbling and jumps. These classes are the foundation to becoming a great cheerleader.

Mini Tumblers
This class is designed for 3 - 6 year old athletes. Classes focus on beginning tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, and cartwheels and round-offs. Classes last 45-60 minutes.
There is also a minis team if you are interested in competing at cheer competitions.
Beginning
This class is for athletes just starting out and/or working on standing and round-off back handsprings.

Intermediate
This class is for athletes who have their standing and round-off/back handspring without a spot.

Advanced
This class is for athletes who have a round-off tuck and a back handspring back tuck without a spot.

Private Lessons - tumbling or co-ed stunts
Private lessons are available to anyone that wishes one-on-one instruction. There are also semi-private lessons limited to five students per instructor. These lessons are designed especially to meet your specific needs. Private and semi-private lessons must be scheduled at the front desk or you may schedule over the phone. You may request a specific instructor, however we ask that you be flexible if an instructor is not available. Everyone taking a private or semi-private lesson must be enrolled at Powerhouse Cheer 'N Stunts. A 24-hour notice, by phone or in person, must be given to cancel or reschedule a private or semi-private lesson. You may be charged the full price for that particular lesson if you fail to notify us. Your private can be with nick, taylor, or joey. Tumbling privates for 30 mins are $30 dollars, and stunt privates for an hour, are $40
